Welcome Back

We are thrilled to welcome members and donors back to the de Young and Legion of Honor. Our staff has developed rigorous guidelines to ensure that your return to the Fine Arts Museums is both safe and enjoyable! 

Special Member and Donor Viewing Hours

Members and their guests are invited to visit every Wednesday during regular museum hours throughout the run of Calder-Picasso. Only members and their guests can view the special exhibitions every Wednesday! Advance tickets are required.

Interested in additional exhibition viewing opportunities? Donors at the Fellow level and above are invited to additional special viewing hours of Calder-Picasso on select days throughout the run of the exhibitions.

All visitors, including members and donors, are required to make reservations to view Calder-Picasso. We are not able to offer combination tickets and no exceptions will be made, due to limited gallery capacity.

Member Tickets

All members and donors of the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco receive free, unlimited admission to the permanent collection at the de Young and Legion of Honor.

Special-exhibition tickets for Calder-Picasso are each limited to a maximum of two Adult tickets for Individual and Discounted Memberships; four Adult tickets for Dual level and above; and up to four Adult and six Youth tickets for Family level and above for the run of the exhibition (excluding Member Wednesdays and Donor and Member Preview Days). Additional tickets may be purchased at face value, subject to availability. All special-exhibition tickets are first come, first served; advance reservations are strongly recommended. Guests and children must be accompanied by a member.

Booking Advance Tickets

  1. Click here to get to our Membership Verification page.
  2. Enter your Membership ID Number and last name and click verify. The page will reload.
  3. Scroll down and select the event or exhibition you would like to attend.
  4. Enter up to two Member Adult tickets, four if your membership is Dual and above (even if your guests are Seniors or Students).
  5. Check out as prompted and you will receive a confirmation email to your membership’s primary email on file.
