Witness a live music performance by Bay Area music legend and radio personality, Avotcja. She teaches Creative Writing, Storytelling & Drama in public schools and was an artist-in-residence at the Milestones Project and San Francisco Penal System. Avotcja is a proud member of DAMO (Disability Advocates Of Minorities Organization), PEN Oakland, California Poets In The Schools, IWWG, and is an ASCAP recording artist.

This program is part of our Free Saturdays celebration of the exhibition, Soul of a Nation.

Admission to the exhibition Soul of a Nation is free.

Seating for this program is limited and first-come, first-served. Seating tickets will be distributed an hour before the event begins in front of the Koret Theater. The purchase of a special exhibition ticket is required on this day to see Soul of a Nation.
