Join us for this dynamic three-day event, a juried showcase of visual art, film, museum object talks, music, and performance art by university and college art and art history students, inspired by the permanent collection of the de Young as well as the following special exhibitions:
- The Bay Bridge: A Work in Progress, 1933–1936
- Modern Nature: Georgia O'Keeffe and Lake George
- "A book like hundred flower garden:" Walasse Ting's 1¢ Life

Saturday, April 12, 1–3:30 pm
Bay Area Undergraduate Art History Symposium, 1–3:30 pm, Koret Auditorium Please join us in celebrating excellence in undergraduate art history research in the San Francisco Bay Area. Students from the following schools will present 15-minute research papers on a wide variety of topics: Dominican University of California, Mills College, Saint Mary's College of California, Santa Clara University, Stanford University and University of San Francisco
Sunday, April 13, 12:30–1:30 pm and 2–3 pm
UC Berkeley Object Talks, permanent collection galleries. Meet student at the bottom of the Wilsey Court staircase.
This showcase is in the "free zone" of the museum and open to everyone. Free general museum admission Friday, April 11, 6–8:45 pm for college and university students and faculty with ID. Special exhibition tickets are required at all times to visit Modern Nature: Georgia O'Keeffe and Lake George.
