Leadership Circle, Patrons Circle, and exhibition sponsors are invited to the opening celebration of Monet: The Late Years, featuring a preview reception exclusively for donors, followed by behind-the-scenes highlights with Melissa Buron, exhibition curator and Director, Art Division, in the Koret Auditorium. Guests are invited to continue the celebration after the curator remarks and enjoy the Member Opening Night of this highly-anticipated sequel to the 2017 exhibition at the Legion of Honor, Monet: The Early Years, which focuses on Monet’s radical late works that redefined the old master of Impressionism as a forebear of Modernism.
