Leadership Circle, Patrons Circle, Business Council members at Corporate Manager level and above, and exhibition sponsors will be the first to see the de Young's presentation of the acclaimed exhibition, Frida Kahlo: Appearances Can Be Deceiving at an opening reception. Guests will enjoy festive cocktails and a private viewing of the only exhibition on the West Coast to display the iconic artist’s personal possessions that defined her unique and immediately recognizable style, which was an integral part of her identity.
