Transportation

Muni bus line #5 stops at 8th Avenue at Fulton. Walk from there into the park or transfer to bus # 44 at 8th Avenue, and get off at Tea Garden Drive.

Muni route N Judah stops at 9th Avenue and Irving. Walk from there into the park or transfer to bus #44 at 8th Avenue, and get off at Tea Garden Drive.

The Municipal Railway offers connections to the Park from the Ferry Building, BART, CalTrain and regional transit stops throughout the city; visit www.sfmuni.com

Taxi drop off/pick up point is directly in front of the museum. Please note that taxis need to be called, which can be done for you at the Information Desk in the lobby.

The Music Concourse Parking Garage,accessed from the north via Fulton Street at 10th Avenue or from the south via Lincoln Way at 9th Avenue, is open from 7:30 am to 10 pm daily. Rates are hourly. Disabled access and museum entry is on the upper (second) level.
