Reservation and Scheduling Guidelines

  • Reservations for the 2010/11 school year begin August 1.
  • Guided visits are offered October 1, 2010 to May 27, 2011.
  • Get Smart with Art guided visits are offered Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:30 and 10:45 am.

General Guidelines

  • A minimum of 8 weeks advance notice is required.
  • Please note that the maximum size of a class group is 35 students.

Please Note: If you are requesting a guided tour on behalf of a teacher please provide your contact information in the "School Contact" section below as well as the teacher’s contact information in the main section of the form.

Get Smart with Art tours and activities are offered Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. and Fridays at 9:45 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 10:30 a.m. and 10:45 a.m.

Groups are not scheduled on the free first Tuesday of every month nor during Bouquets to Art week (March 15–19, 2011)

General Guidelines

  • One adult chaperone is required for every ten students.
  • Please use one reservation form for each class, you may keep a copy for your records.
  • Tickets are required for high school age and above, be sure to request the appropriate quantity.
  • Requests will be processed in the order received.
