How to Reserve Your Member Tickets Online

  1. LOGIN to your online membership account. Please click here to reserve your member tickets online now.
    Click “Login Here” (near the upper right of the screen). Enter your Username and Password as prompted.

    *If you are a current member and have not logged in to your account before, do not create a new account! You already have an account. If you create a new account, it will not be linked to your membership record and you will not receive your free tickets! Please CLICK HERE if you need help logging in for the first time. If you have previously logged in and are still experiencing difficulty after trying your User name and clicking “Forgot Password,” please send an e-mail to: membership@famsf.org.
     
  2. Once you log in, you will be looking at your personal information (name, address, etc) and your history (tickets, membership) at the bottom. To order tickets, look to the left side of the screen. There is a section called "Tickets" and the second to last option down is FAMSF Members - click this.
     
  3. A new screen will appear for Member Tickets - click the red Order Now button under the image of the exhibition you want to see. This will take you to the page where you can select the date of your visit. Use the drop down blue arrow next to CHOOSE DAY. Available dates appear with red Order buttons next to them. There are no timed tickets.
     
  4. After selecting the date, the system will take you to a screen to select the number of tickets you want – ONLY SELECT "MEMBERS" TICKETS. You will see a set of 00 with grey arrows next to the Members tickets. Use the arrows to add/subtract until you have the number of tickets you want, and click the red Order Now button. This will take you to Your Cart where the member discount will be applied.
     
  5. Confirm that the tickets you selected are for the correct date and the total amount is $0 (or for the specified amount if purchasing non-member Adult, Student, or Student tickets). There will appear to be an additional item in your cart, please disregard as this is the discount. After verifying the tickets are correct, click the red Proceed to Checkout button on the right side.

    *If you have recently joined or renewed, the discount may not apply while the membership is being processed. Please email membership@famsf.org for further assistance with all pertinent information.
     
  6. You will then be asked to confirm all of your personal details before clicking Submit (located at the bottom of the page), which will finalize your order. If you are purchasing additional tickets, enter your payment information, but if not, please DO NOT enter your credit card number as you will be charged. A screen will then appear with your confirmation information, you are welcome to print this out and bring it with you to the museums, but it is not required. A confirmation will also be sent by email.
