FAMSF Members

All current and former FAMSF members have an online account. If you are a member, please do not create a new account. Memberships at the Family/Dual level and above share one online account.

USERNAME: Enter your full email address (case sensitive)

  • Username Tip 1: Please make sure to enter the full email address you have given to FAMSF. If you need to add an email to your membership account, please contact us at membership@famsf.org , making sure to include your membership number. We will email you with a temporary password and instructions. The Username field is case sensitive.
  • Username Tip 2: If you do not have an email address, enter your Member ID as your Username.

PASSWORD: Enter your password (case sensitive)

  • Password Tip 1: Forgot your password? Enter the email address given to FAMSF in the Username field and click “Forgot Password.” A temporary password and instructions will be emailed to you. The Password field is case sensitive.
  • Password Tip 2: If you are unsure if you have given FAMSF your email: please contact us at membership@famsf.orgWe will add an email to your membership account and send you a temporary password and instructions.

Reserve Member Tickets by Phone
To reserve member tickets 24-hours a day, please call 800-777-9996. Please note a $3 transaction fee per order applies.

Using Your Member Discount at FAMSF Online Stores
Members use the same Username and Password when logging in to the FAMSF online Stores.

Guests / Non-Members

If you have purchased online tickets in the past you have already established an account.

  • Username: Enter your full email address (case sensitive)
  • Password: Enter your password (case sensitive)

Forgot your password? Enter your email address in the Username field and click “Forgot Password.”
