Your group of 10 or more may purchase tickets to see the stunning paintings of the legendary Spanish master and enjoy the reduced pricing for visits Tuesday through Friday. Weekend tickets are also available to groups, at an advance purchase rate.

How Do I Book My Group Visit?

To book a group visit to this special exhibition, download the Group Admission order form below, print it and fill it out completely, including payment information, and either fax it back to us at 415.750.2679, or scan and email it back to us at groupsales@famsf.org. How Can I Arrange a Private Docent Tour for My Group?

We can arrange private, docent-led tours of Picasso: Masterpieces from the Musée National Picasso, Paris for any visiting group, provided at least one month’s advance notice. Private tours are only offered at a few different times of day and are subject to availability.

Groups booking a private tour will pay a docent fee in addition to the cost of tickets. The fee is per docent, with one docent able to tour a group of up to 25 people. Large groups of up to 50 people will require two docents. Extra-large groups of up to 60 people will require three docents. There is a minimum ticket purchase required for private docent tours of this exhibition; this minimum purchase varies depending on your tour time.

Tour times, docent fees, ticket prices and minimum ticket purchases are detailed below:

*Early-morning private tours take place in the morning before the museum opens to the public.
**Afternoon private tours are available only on weekdays.
***Evening private tours are available only on Friday evenings when the museum is open for extended hours.
