On the last Friday of each month, all three Artist Fellows join together to present their works-in-progress, hosted by Red Poppy Art House, Intersection for the Arts, and the African American Art & Culture Complex.
September 30: The Space of Encounter—Final Artist Fellows Salon of 2011
A mulitdisciplinary performance threading together the works of the three artist fellows and the space where we encounter each other, our communities, and the world.
FAM BAM: Poetry by Brandon Hughes presented by the African American Art and Culture Complex based on Kevin Epps's newest film project FAM BAM, followed by a trailer of the film, which will premiere on November 25
Block by Block: Live music and movement from Felonious, featuring Keith Pinto and Tommy Shepherd with guest MCs and musicians including DJ Wonway (Juan Amador). Performances show the open process behind the creation and production of this new work by Intersection for the Arts' resident theater company Campo Santo.

Red Poppy Art House presents Karamo Susso, a kora player from Mali. Audiences have been dazzled by the precision of Susso's hands as they flash up the strings, quickened by the passion and culture he articulates in gusts and expansions, and fascinated with the tangible history of his instrument.
