Collections Poisons Workshop at the California Academy of Sciences

On May 28, 2011, Alisa Eagleston, assistant conservator in the Objects Conservation lab, demonstrated the portable XRF unit at the Society for the Preservation of Natural History Collections Poisons Workshop at the California Academy of Sciences. The demonstration was conducted on bird specimens in the Academy’s collection.
