The Ponticellos present "Spanish Passion and Spirit: The Sounds of Pablo Picasso and Spain."
Join world-class cello ensemble The Ponticellos as they take you on a musical journey through the sounds of Picasso’s Spain. From flamenco to fandango, The Ponticellos will present passionate Spanish music from early-20th-century Spain—a soundtrack to the creative spirit of Picasso!
Joined by a dynamic rhythm section of cajon, bass, and Spanish guitar, with a special guest flamenco dancer, The Ponticellos present a performance of beautiful, fiery, and energetic music. Come hear cellos like you’ve never heard them before!

Enjoy artist talks, salons, and performances each Friday Night presented in collaboration with the Red Poppy Art House, the African American Art and Culture Complex, and Intersection for the Arts.
Programs are free with no tickets or reservations. Tickets are required to visit the galleries and Balenciaga and Spain. Member tickets for Balenciaga and Spain are always free and can be picked up at the museum on the day of visit.
