Suzanne Husky will build and install a forest of textile trees made from fabric. Visitors will be invited to mimic nature's ever cycling of material by creating trees themselves or drawing trees from the surrounding park. The multiple fabric patterns, the handmade quality, and the replication of various tree species will bring uniqueness and singularity to each creation, reflecting biodiversity. Husky will also be showing a photography series, Modern Wild Lives, documenting the rudimentary architecture constructed by a marginal population of forest-dwellers who oppose contemporary lifestyles to live closer to nature.
