Ticketing Policy

• Tickets are timed
• A single ticket grants admission to both exhibitions.
• We strongly advise members to reserve tickets in advance. Capacity is limited and times and dates will sell out.
• Members can make one advance reservation by phone or online. 
• If members wish to make additional reservations, please stop by the Membership Desk at the de Young or the Legion of Honor. 
• There are no discounted member tickets. Members wishing to reserve tickets in addition to their daily ticket allocation must purchase full-value tickets.
• Members receive unlimited free admission during the run of these exhibitions. However, daily ticket limits based on membership levels still apply.

• Call 1-800-777-9996, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (a $3 fee per order applies)

• Stop by the Membership Desk at the de Young or the Legion of Honor

Online Ticket Reservations

• When making your online reservation, you may choose to print your tickets at home or pick them up at the membership desk.
• Misplaced print at home tickets can be reissued at the membership desk.
• Members must present their print at home tickets along with their membership card and photo ID to receive admission.

Online Handling Charge
Non-member ticket purchases include a $1 handling charge per ticket.
