Member Tickets

The following ticketing information applies to The Cult of Beauty, and The Fashion World of Jean Paul Gaultier exhibitions.

Tickets are not timed.

For The Fashion World of Jean Paul Gaultier, members are encouraged to make advance ticket reservations.

For The Cult of Beauty, members are not required to make advance ticket reservations.

Members receive unlimited free admission during the run of these exhibitions. However, daily ticket limits based on membership levels still apply.
 

How to Order Member Tickets

• Call 1-800-777-9996, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (a $3 fee per order applies)

• Visit the Membership Desk at the de Young or Legion of Honor

• Go to tickets.famsf.org (online restrictions apply)

Online and Print at Home Ticket Restrictions

Members at the Individual, Out of State, Teacher, Senior, and Student levels may reserve and/or print at home up to two tickets online for each exhibition.
Members at the Family/Dual, Contributing, Supporting and Sustaining levels may reserve and/or print at home up to four tickets online for each exhibition.
Members who make more than one online reservation will only be able to use the print at home option for one reservation.
Misplaced tickets printed at home can be reissued at the membership desk.
Members must present their print at home tickets along with their membership card and photo ID to receive admission.

Online Handling Charge

Non-member ticket purchases include a $1 handling charge per ticket.

Reserving Additional Tickets When You've Reached Your Online Ticket Reservation Limit

Additional tickets can be reserved by calling 800-777-9996 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week), or in person at the member's desk at the de Young or Legion of Honor. These tickets can be picked up at the membership desk at the de Young or the Legion of Honor in advance or on the day of your visit. Transaction fees don't apply to tickets reserved onsite or online; a $3 fee per order applies to tickets reserved by phone.
