Bay Area composer, trumpeter, singer, and songwriter Sarah Wilson writes music that is "evocative, elegant, and comfortably familiar all at once" (Time Out NY). Her diverse style has evolved through working in jazz, theater, film, animation, dance, and performance art. For her fellowship, Wilson will create and premiere Off the Walls, a site-specific collaborative performance featuring choreography by Los Angeles -- based dance company Catch Me Bird.
