Cort Schwanebeck is a stylist, art director, product designer, and merchandising consultant whose eclectic sensibility embraces both contemporary and traditional themes. At the heart of his style is a love of nature and balance that inspires an organic yet orderly vision. Schwanebeck has created five retail stores and designed floral products, catalogues, home fragrances, and holiday décor for the international marketplace. He also has designed floral arrangements and directed photography for a number of exclusive trade publications in the floral industry. Schwanebeck is known for using a diverse palette of materials to bring a unique sense of elegance, tranquility, and humor to his work. His current retail space, Acres Home and Garden in Saint Helena, California, reflects Schwanebeck’s natural style as well as his belief that a simple, thoughtfully designed environment creates an essential refuge from the increasing demands of modern life.
